Do You Offer Child Seat
Our company does not offer child seat, However, we encourage our clients to provide their child seat, our driver will happily help you installed it.
If My Flight is Delayed Will I be Charged
We use online technology to track every flight arrival, If your flight is delayed we will know and will make the necessary adjustments to be there at the time of your arrival, we do not charge our clients when the flight is delayed.
When Will My Credit Card be Charge
It is required to provide a credit card for all reservation, at the time of confirming your reservation we will only authorize $1 dollars just to make sure that the card provided doest come back as decline. Your credit card will be charge after the job is done,
Do You Allow Smoking Inside the Vehicles
No, unfortunately for some clients we do not allow smoking inside our vehicles, the reason is to an effort to keep our vehicles in good condition for our passengers.
Do You Accept Cash Payments
No, for our driver safety we do not accept cash or checks payments, we only accept all major credit card.
Is Gratuity Included on the Final price
Yes at the time of reservation 20% Gratuity, Tax, and any other applicable charge like extra waiting time etc, will be automatically added.
Can I Book on Behalf of Another Person
Yes, Anybody can make a reservation for anybody, as long as there is a credit valid credit card provided.
Where Should I Meet my Driver at the Airport
For our client’s convenience, we only offer Meet and Greet at the McCarran Airport, which consist on holding a sign with your name on it in baggage claim we consider that to be the best and fastest way to perform airport pick up, Please remember that even if you don’t have any luggage and only have a carrion you still be pick up at baggage claim.
