Our terms and conditions are put in place for the Safety of our clients, drivers, and company vehicles. By making your reservation with Las Vegas Airport Carservice, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:
A credit card is required for all reservations previous pick up. All credit cards will be authorized for the agreed price before the car leaves the garage or our office. The client will be charged at the completion of the reservation. Las Vegas Airport Carservice accept all major credit cards. We will send you a final invoice with any additional charge you may accrue during service, including, “Additional Wait Time”, “Overtime” “After hours”, “Fuel Surcharge” “Gratuity” “No Show” and other services fees that may apply, will be itemized on the final invoice.
Reservations & Cancellations:
To make a reservation, please call us or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. we will email you a reservation confirmation. Reservations are not valid or confirm unless you have an email confirmation from Las Vegas Airport Carservice.
Only our office dispatcher has the right to make and confirm reservations. Our chauffeur and/or any other employees are not allowed to confirm reservations, any reservation made by any other than our dispatcher will be void. We recommend that you confirm your reservation at least 24 hours prior to the pick-up time. However, last minute reservations confirmations are possible depending on car availability. To avoid confusion, please double check your email confirmation carefully. If you see any mistakes in the confirmation email, please call us immediately. Our chauffeur will be directed by the information on the confirmation email, such as pick up address and pick up times.
Hourly Reservation – Cancellation: Cancellation within 24 prior to the actual pick-up time will result in a 50% charge. We have NO cancellation policy for all major events like Las Vegas Electronic show (CES) or any other major event or holidays.
Hourly Reservation – Overtime: Please call our office and ask if it’s possible to go over the agreed reserve time. Approval of the extra time is not guaranteed, it depends on car and driver availability. A 15 minute waiting grace period is provided to all reservations. After the 15 minutes, Hourly charges will apply, including all applicable fees
Extra Charges: Other charges will apply for damaged to the vehicle such as broken glassware, carpets, electronic equipment, seats, bars, lights, etc. There will be nonnegotiable charge of $400 for vomiting inside the car
Personal Belongings: Las Vegas Airport Carservice should not be held responsible for articles left in our vehicles, lost, stolen or damaged. The client waives any and all responsibilities Las Vegas Airport Carservice regarding any lost, stolen, damaged or belongings left in our vehicles, or the disposal of any personal items. Please check for your belongings before exiting the vehicle.
Suitable Behavior: Please be respectful to the drivers, refrain from the use of foul language or abusive behavior – it will lead to cancellation and immediate termination of the transportation. Full quoted price and other applicable charges such as any damages to the property of Las Vegas Airport Carservice, and its drivers well being, applicable court expenses, attorney fees, etc. will be applied.
No Liability: We are not liable for situations beyond our control, including bad weather, the road under construction or any vehicle mechanical breakdown, etc.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone without explanation.
Las Vegas Airport Carservice reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove any portion of this Agreement in whole or in part, at any time, without prior notice. Terms and Conditions shall be deemed complete and effective upon posting on our website lasvegastowncar.com
